WHAT SETS OUR ESTIMATES APART FROM OUR COMPETITORS?
When comparing our estimate to others, it’s crucial to ensure you’re making a fair comparison. While the lowest price can be tempting, it’s essential to understand what’s behind that figure.
Consider these questions:
– Does the estimate cover all aspects of your project?
– Are the materials specified comparable in quality to those in other estimates?
– Is the roofer properly licensed and insured?
Many homeowners in New Jersey end up disappointed when they choose a contractor based solely on price. Often, there’s a reason someone’s quote is lower. At Sonderby Roofing, we see a significant number of clients who come to us after being misled by competitors. That’s why thorough research is critical when hiring a roofing contractor. Quality roofing may cost more upfront, but it’s an investment in lasting peace of mind.
Whether you need a roofing contractor in Hunterdon County, a deck contractor, or roof repairs in Warren County, we’ve got you covered. Contact us today to schedule your FREE estimate!
BRIDGEWATER ROOFING CONTRACTOR
Bridgewater is a pretty big suburban township right in the heart of Somerset County. The area was purchased from the local Lenape Native American tribe. It was officially chartered by George II of Great Britain back in 1749 and then incorporated on February 21, 1798, making it one of New Jersey’s original townships.
The name “Bridgewater” actually comes from Bridgwater in England’s Somerset county.
At the Middlebrook encampment, it’s said that the first official flag of the United States was unfurled after Congress passed a law adopting it on June 14, 1777.
Today, there’s a Thirteen Star Flag that flies 24/7 at the Washington Camp Ground, which is part of that encampment. Every July 4th since 1889, they’ve commemorated the flag’s first hoisting with a ceremony that includes a reading of the Declaration of Independence and a historical speech.
Until the 1960s, Bridgewater was mostly a farming community. Things started changing in the 1970s when people from larger cities like Plainfield and Newark moved here, especially after the riots in the late ’60s. As Bridgewater developed, it attracted folks working in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and financial industries. More recently, it’s become popular with commuters heading to New York City, thanks to the Bridgewater Station on New Jersey Transit’s Raritan Valley Line and easy access to Interstate 78.
Now, Bridgewater is a well-developed suburban area, with just a few hints of its rural roots left, mainly in the northwestern section. It’s actually the second-most populous municipality in Somerset County, right after Franklin Township.
Geographically, the township covers about 32.36 square miles,
