This guy was amazing. Had a small breeze way that was falling apart. He came over, tore it all off, and put it back together and cleaned up all debris in just half the day by himself. I asked for a roof inspection and quote following a significant rain which leaked some water into our second floor basement. Jake came out the very next day and helped identify areas where water was most likely penetrating the roof. He inspected the entire roof, took pictures and quoted a price to repair the spots. Sonderby repaired my leaking roof and damaged siding just ahead of Hurricane Isaias. Coming through that storm, there's not a drop of moisture that came in. Jacob was exceptionally responsive, and prompt. The quote he came back to me with after taking a look at the damages was substantially lower than the last quote I'd gotten from a different contractor, and covered more work.
